Chapter 6-Criss Cross

I am reading Criss Cross, which Lynne Rae Perkins wrote. Chapter 6 started from the scene which Debbie and Patty change own cloth. They told varied sort of subject, and Debbie started talking about turquoise, which white and orange plaid double-knit bellbottoms and jeans that she bought with her mother.

In chapter 6, there are few difficult words so I did not use a dictionary as them. Furthermore, the sentence of chapter 6 is not difficult, too. However, chapter 6 is told about girl’s garments, sentence is easy but many kinds of names of girl’s garments are I had to use a dictionary to understand what I read.

When I read it, it makes me remind about buying garments. I knew everyone has own sense as it, indeed, there were lots of people who insisted own sense to me in Japan. And I learned the cloth is a part of oneself from them. In chapter 6, I felt Debbie’s consideration what she wants and does not want, everyone is serious when buying or choosing the cloth. When I choose my cloth, I always ask it how it looks good on me. I want to ask all reader. What do you think when you buy the cloth?

Whwn I am going to buy clothes i always ask my friend to go with me. I always cannot make sure is it look good on me so they can give me some common. If my friend cannot go with me then I might spend more than one hour to buy a cloth. I do the same way as you ask first then buy. It is look because you can have more oppoion from others.
